ETI 2014 Eagle Plan - comprehensive training for middle and high level management

The company convened the training of the management personnel of the various branches of the Group 

and the Shenzhen branch to train the training regulations and the evaluation of the standard mechanism. 

Lecturer of Shenzhen Tongren Yiyou Management Consulting Co., Ltd. was hired. 

The lecturer won the praise of all trainees with his rich training experience and humorous teaching style.

Mr. Xu Wenwei, President of the company, Mr. Liang Zhiyou and Mr. Li Weikang, 

Vice Presidents, more than 40 students from various department heads 

and heads of various branches of Shenzhen Branch attended the training.

From this training, the trainees learned about modern diversified teaching techniques, 

curriculum development and lesson design, props and game design, PPT production requirements, 

what’s more, learned control of  the use of training assessment and assistive tools, 

and development of student guidance guidelines. 

The effect translates into a comprehensive ability to act and actually teach.

The event not only allowed the students to increase their knowledge and broaden their thinking, 

but also cultivated a group of outstanding management talents for the company.
